HEMA FREE Gel Polish

This HEMA-free gel polish has a creamy texture and high pigmentation. Its major advantage is that it dissolves quickly and has excellent color coverage.

It is free from HEMA, DI-HEMA, and TPO ingredients, and it’s also vegan.

Perfect Nails offers a separate HEMA-free base coat, top coat, and primer for their gel polish and builder gel system. For the complete process and optimal results, it’s recommended to use the entire HEMA-free family together (HEMA FREE BASE GEL, HEMA FREE TOP GEL, HEMA FREE PRIMER). Curing time: LED lamp: 1-2 minutes, UV lamp: 3 minutes (depending on the lamp’s strength) Removal: Soaking off takes approximately 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the material and the solvent used).

The steps for using HEMA-FREE gel polish:

1. Nail Preparation:
Push back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher.
Use a fine-grit buffer or a buffing file to lightly file the nail surface, making it matte. Remove any dust with a cleaning brush.
2 Universal Nail Prep:
Apply Perfect Prep or Prep&Clean universal nail preparation liquid. It serves four purposes: dehydrating, degreasing, disinfecting, and preventing fungal growth.
3. Hema-Free Primer:
Apply the Hema-Free Primer to enhance adhesion. It ensures better bonding to the nail, reducing the risk of material lifting during removal.
4. Base Coat Application:
Option A: Apply the Hema-Free Base Gel (dissolvable gel base). Cure under an LED lamp for 1 minute or a UV lamp for 3 minutes.
Option B: Apply the Peel Off Base (removable gel base). Let it dry for 30 seconds.
5. Color Gel Polish Application:
Apply one layer of Hema-Free Gel Polish (color gel). Cure under an LED lamp for 1 minute or a UV lamp for 3 minutes.
Apply a second layer of Hema-Free Gel Polish (same color) and cure as before.
6. Top Coat Application:
Apply the Hema-Free Top Gel (gel top coat). Cure under an LED lamp for 1-1.5 minutes or a UV lamp for 3 minutes.
7. Final Touch:
Wipe the gel polish surface with Prep&Clean universal gel cleanser to remove the sticky layer.

Removing HEMA-FREE gel polish:

1. For Removable Gel Base (Leoldható géllak alap):
Use a coarse-grit file to gently file the gel polish, focusing on the top layer. (Note: The top coat does not dissolve!)
Soak the nails in gel polish remover liquid. Wrapping the nails in special removal foil works best.
Use a cuticle pusher or an orange wood stick to remove any softened gel residue.
Buff the nail surface with a fine-grit buffer. (Using Prep nail preparation makes gel polish removal faster and easier. When combined with Prep+ Primer for better adhesion, the gel polish stays on longer and is less likely to lift during removal.)
2. For Peel-Off Gel Base:
This method is gentler and quicker for gel polish removal. The “Peel Off Base” provides an extra-fast way to change colors without soaking or filing.
After a few days or up to a week, the gel polish loosens enough to peel off gently from the edges.
Clean the nail surface with Gel Cleanser or Prep&Clean universal gel cleanser to remove any remaining gel residue.
