Fall is here again, and so are the earth tones
Those who love the sunshine and feel comfortable over 30 degree Celsius might find it difficult to say goodbye to summer. People seem like they are a bit afraid of the fall, although every season has something beautiful to give. For us, it’s the colors of fall that we fall for as the colors of nature are pretty popular among nail artists, too. When fall comes, these colors are used a lot, especially earth tones. These are brown, red, orange, yellow, and green, and all the shades of these colors that aren’t too strong, yet saturated enough. These are natural, raw, and warm colors inspired by earth, sand, and rocks.
WHICH SHADES COULD BE EARTH TONES?
If we want to provide an easy definition for earth colors, we could say that these are extremely harmonious colors inspired by nature itself. All the different shades of tree trunks, yellow, and red leaves, green moss, the orange of the setting sun, and the grayness of sand are only a few of the classic earth tones that we can all recognize if we look around in the fall landscape. If we want to be more straightforward, earth tones are neutral colors, nude shades, but on the darker end of the color spectrum. It’s well-known that brown is the most popular color of all the earth tones in the fall. Brown is always a good choice as it is easy to combine with different, more vibrant colors, so a lot of people might go for it when it comes to nail building. If you don’t want brown to get too gloomy or depressing you should mix it up with something light and more neutral. If you want something more elegant or festive, you might spice it up with a little bit of gold.
